Family

This afternoon session turned out really nice, it was a wet week so earlier we were thinking we would have to reschedule but it nicely stayed dry all day. Poor little T had her teeth chattering most of the time, but she held out and did a great job. The colors at this time of year are fantastic!

Newborn

This is the sweet newborn son of K and M, he's a real cutie with lots of hair. With dad being a US Marine, we thought it would be a neat idea to incorporate that into a number of pictures. We really liked the results how about you?

Family

This was our last session of the day and it proved to be a little tricky, we were either battling the bright sun or quite dark shade. Thankfully we had just purchased our new flash the day before (however it isn't used on any of these pictures, havn't downloaded those off the other camera yet :). We had planned to shoot with this fine family in a really nice field in Everson, that quickly changed when we saw the manure spredder on it the day before, bummer. However they were flexible to go somewhere else. They were fun to work with and mom, who enjoys to take pictures herself, had some good ideas of her own.

We had a good time with this family,the kids were great and they were up for pretty much anything so that was fun to work with. We were prepared for a cold and windy afternoon but as it turned out it was beautiful. We were even able to get some of just mom and dad, always nice to get one or two of those in.

Our session with the A and K family was very cold (last time was too). These little girls were freezing not to mention mom and dad, however I don't think I heard one complaint out of either of them. It was pretty windy too but I think we managed to get a number of good shots, here are a few..

Family

The two little ones in this family did so well, I didn't even have to dig in the bag of puppets and stuff in order to get their attention. They just posed perfectly, little W was so cute in saying a perfect 'cheese' for every picture we took of him. Dad wasn't too excited about pictures but he was a good sport about it. Here is a little peek at our time together.

Baby

Finally K and M's baby arrived today. Baby C weighed in at a healthy 7 lbs 11oz. He seemed like quite the content mellow little one while we were there. Dad was super excited and called him a 'little stud muffin'. Stay tuned for the newborn session to be posted sometime next week. Here are a few I snapped in the hospital.
